Why Fitness Is the Core Operating System of a Healthy Life

A Story Unfolding Across Timelines.

Current Time.

It’s easy to postpone working out or eating healthy for tomorrow. Starting today always seems complicated. We need to prepare ourselves mentally more than make the time to nurture our bodies.

Liat Portal for The Liat Show: Fitness as a Core Operating System. Liat Portal for The Liat Show presents a futuristic image of a woman in athletic wear with glowing digital circuit patterns running through her body, symbolizing the connection between health, technology, and human innovation. The text on the image reads “Join a Journey of Fitness.”
Fitness as a Core Operating System

Our health is our body's operating system. When we neglect it, it stops functioning properly and affects every aspect of our lives. Therefore, it’s crucial to maintain it and keep moving, especially as we age.

It’s easier said than done, as life sometimes takes us off the main road, and finding the way back to routine is challenging.

In this podcast episode, Mark and Samantha dive deep into the article I wrote with Guy Bar, Why Physical Fitness Should Be Treated as a Core Operating System for Human Innovation,” and share their perspective on maintaining fitness in busy and packed lives.

Me, reimagined by Midjourney.

I weave together episodes from my life with the richness of Israeli and American culture through music, food, the arts, architecture, fiction, wellness, entertainment, education, science, technology, entrepreneurship, cybersecurity, supply chain, and more. I write on weekends and evenings and share each episode as it unfolds, almost like a live performance.

Most of what I publish is part of a set or multi-part series focused on one topic. Each set comes out over several days, making it easier to follow during your busy workday. If one episode speaks to you, it’s worth reading the complete set to follow my life story and how it connects to the history and future of my timeline.
