I’m keeping this one just between us. No fluff, no extra polish, just what’s really going on in my mind.
Almost all of you don’t know me in person, and those who do, we are not in touch, so we haven’t talked for a long time. It’s not personal. That’s life. Everybody is focused on their own journey, and it’s hard to keep up.
Whether you’ve known me at some point in life or only met me here, you should know that I’ve been through a difficult period that changed me. I’m different and the same. Some things I struggled with are now easy, and others that used to be my bread and butter are hard.
I’m still processing life's challenges; most of that processing happens through my writing.
I don’t know if you’re reading this or just opening the email or notification out of habit and closing it. I don’t know if you’re one of the people who listen to the podcast. I can only see who opened the email and how many people listened to the podcast, not if you read or listened.
But since you’re still here, I want to take a moment to say thank you. I want to express my deepest gratitude for you being here. I don’t take this for granted. I know you have a long list of things you want to do in your free time, and I appreciate that you chose to read this.
The flow of my writing is influenced by events in my life and the reality we all live in. The news, the political climate, the history of this world, and technological innovations all affect my life and also yours. So, while watching this world fall apart on the evening news, come watch my life journey through timelines during work hours.
